She was predeceased by: her parents, Mabel Yount, and Worth Yount, Sr.; her husband Huitt Keener; and her brother Worth Yount, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Jeanne; her son-in-law Rev. J. Stephen Misenheimer of Knoxville, TN; her granddaughter Tiffany; her son-in-law Grant Brittain of Hickory; her grandson Josh; her daughter-in-law Molly Misenheimer of Knoxville, TN; and her great grandchildren, Brooks and Whit Brittain of Hickory.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Philadelphia Lutheran Church (52 Pinewood Rd, Granite Falls, NC 28630). A reception will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
