She was predeceased by: her parents, George Washington Fulbright and Laura Alice Huffman Fulbright; her husband Norman Olin Baker; her son Marvin Earl Baker; her siblings, Dick, Alvin, Millard of Marshall, GW, Harold, Eugene, Evelyn, Mary and JoAnne; and her granddaughter Alexandria Janzelle Baker Pierce.

She is survived by: her daughters, Alice LouAnn B. Sipe of Statesville, Anita Dianne Baker of Durham and Tammy Marie B. Richardson of Hickory; her grandchildren, Laura Sipe Karriker (Evan), Nicholas Sipe (Nikki), Katie Baker Cobb (Brent), Sidney Richardson and Naomi Baker Hodges; and her great grandchildren, Logan Adams, Micah Spearman, Damon Spearman, Hunter Sipe, Jacob Sipe, Colton Sipe, Jace Cobb and Reese Cobb.
