He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Deitz; his daughters, Lindsey Battiston (John) of Forest, Lacey Medd (Kris) of Conover and Mackenzie Deitz; his stepsons, Tyler Tessiner (Wendie) of Newton, Michael Furr of Hickory and Eric Tessiner of Hickory; his granddaughters, Taylor Deitz (Brian) of Hickory and Evelene Tessiner of Newton; his great grandchild Lucian of Conover; and his brother Gregory Deitz (Kimberly) of Hickory. He is also survived by niece and nephew.
