She was predeceased by: her parents, Tollie Bernice Edison and William Grady Helms; her husband Dale Edward Herman; her siblings, Edward Helms, Lucille Hoyle, Alma Prue Davis, Lois Beal, Conley Helms, Ervin Helms and Dorothy Foxine Herman; and her great grandchild Cecilia Sparrow.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Wilfong (Chuck) and Angie Lackey (Sonny, Jr.); her grandchildren, Allison Sparrow (Matthew), Bryan Wilfong (Kate), Claire Wilfong, Alton Lackey (Courtney) and Andrew Lackey (Katie); her great grandchildren, Perry, Isaac Sparrow, Brooks Wilfong and Ryder Lackey; and her sisters, Barbara Aasness and Shirley Ruth Finney. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
