He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Willard White and Mable Allison White Frizsell; his wife Carolyn G. White; his daughter Krystal D. White; his grandson Brandon M. White; and his siblings, Francis White, Shirley Blanchard and Phil White.
He is survived by: his siblings, Ed Frizsell, Wanda Marley (Larry) and Luci Smith (Tim); his sons, Scott White (Linda) and Mark White (Pam); his grandchildren, Kristen W. Scism (Jesse), Ryan and Garren White; and his close friend Joe Skerjanec. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
