Donna Louise Walcher left this world on November 14, 2024 at the age of 70, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Donna Louise Walcher leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd John Walcher and Jo Ellen Davis Walcher. She is survived by: her husband Patrick Daily; her son Evan Daily of Kings Mountain, NC; and her siblings, Michael Walcher (Diane) of Fort Myers, FL, Karen Van Sickle (Geoff) of Richmond, VA and Kathy Brooks (Doug) of Jacksonville, FL. She is also survived by 4 nephews and two nieces.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church (1911 Zion Church Rd, Hickory, NC 28602). Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the same location.

Memorial gifts may be made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society or the Hickory Landmark Society.
