He is survived by: his wife Carol Damron; his daughter Misty of Arizona; his siblings, Lowell Damron, James "Jay" Damron (Desset) and Rita Atkins; and his grandchildren, Kathryn Cluster (Bethany), Jazmin Coronado (Tevin Hartline), Jamela Hernandez (Isaiah Enriquez) and James Copeland Jr.. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
