It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deborah Lovell Cagle (Hickory, North Carolina), who passed away on December 10, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Deborah Lovell shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lamar Lovell and Patsy Stamey Lovell; her husband J. C. Cagle; her brothers, Jerry and Darrell Lovell; and her grandson William Greene.
She is survived by: her sons, Nick Greene of Bethlehem and Nathan Greene of Ellendale; her sister Rita Carter (Jerry) of Aiken, S. C.; and her grandson Nathan Greene, Jr.. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Bass-Smith Funeral Home Chapel (334 2nd St NW, Hickory, NC 28601).
