It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christopher Henry Rendleman (Hickory, North Carolina), born in Salisbury, North Carolina, who passed away on December 15, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, David Atwell, Sr. and Grace Aaron Rendleman; and his wife Susan Joann Atherton of Spartanburg, SC.. He is survived by: his children, Christopher Martin Rendleman of Hickory and Lynn Rendleman Faggion (Mark) of Raleigh; his grandchildren, Spencer Osterhoudt, Jamie Irish, Ellie Munn, Andrew, Joseph, David, Joshua and Susanna Faggion; and his great grandchildren, Avery and Grant Osterhoudt. He is also survived by his family, friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Andrew's Lutheran Church or Lenoir Rhyne University.
