She is survived by: her children, Sam Costner (Heather) of Delavan, WI and Delane Mitchell (Mark) of Wilmington, NC; her stepsons, Doug Boliek, Eric Boliek and Allen Boliek (Jennifer); her sister Linda Dexter (James); her sister-in-law Cheyenne Isenhour; her grandchildren, Brittany Price, MacLindsay Mitchell (Hunter), Macory Mitchell, Macy Mitchell, Maverick Costner and Uriah Costner; and her stepgrandchildren, Nickcole Maynard-Errami, Apryl Jordan Boliek Hollar, Adam Boliek (Shelena), Erica Boliek, Jessica Boliek Schaffer (Alan), Theodore Boliek (Jessica) and Elijah Boliek (Madison).
The family has suggested that in lieu of flowers, honor Carolyn Isenhour Costner's memory by making contributions to: Catawba County Social Services, Meals on Wheels.
