She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Carl and Mary Theresa Hendricks Buchin; her husband Buford Liverett; and her siblings, Edward Buchin, Robert Buchin, Richard Buchin, Martha Buchin and Pauline Buchin.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela Rae Liverett Stanek (Harold) and Aliesa Liverett Bowman (Doug). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to NC State Veteran's Home - Black Mountain at 62 Lake Eden Rd, Black Mountain, NC 28711for the Bernice Fund for Ladies Tea Party and Christmas Party Fund in Bernice's name.
