He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Lamar Robbins and Dorothy Starnes Robbins; and his brother Mark Robbins. He is survived by: his wife Debra Robbins; his children, Merica Rae Reitzel (Keith) of Stony Point and Tony Robbins of Taylorsville; his siblings, June Robbins of Bethlehem, NC and Timothy Robbins (Vera) of Beckley; his siblings-in-law, Jeffrey Tuck and Theresa Tuck; and his pets, Beau and Alley. He is also survived by three grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
