He was predeceased by: his parents, Garland White Baker, Sr. and Sarah Anne Hurdle Baker; and his brothers, Garland W. "Dickie" Baker, Jr. and William A. "Billy" Baker. He is survived by: his sisters, Sally Ann Baker of Edgewood, MD and Donna Baker Harris of Hertford. He is also survived by one nephew and six nieces.
