He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jackson Overman, Sr. and Eunice Goodwin Overman; and his brother William Jackson Overman, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Grace Morse Overman; and his nephews, Graham Overman (Georjan) of Hamilton, VA and Benjamin Overman of Elizabeth City.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Miller & Van Essendelft Funeral Home (1125 Harvey Point Rd, Hertford, NC 27944). A reception was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
