He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Mervin and Iris Lee Walsh Poff; his wife Frances Taylor Poff; his son David Cooper; and the mother of his children Margaret Mary Poff.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Martin, Margaret Hollar, Edward Poff, Jr. and Nancy C Brauer. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren; and other extended family.
