He is survived by: his brother Bill Newbern (Brenda); his sister-in-law Nancy Newbern of Hertford; his nephew Jeff Newbern; his nieces, Rachel Kelly (Devon) and Molly Toler (Colby); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaxon Ward, Cora, Lydia Toler and Dean Kelly.
