She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph "Bud" Lowery and Betty Ward Lowery; and her sister Vicki Lee Lowery. She is survived by: her siblings, Joey Lowery (Sherry) of Forest City and Lisa Ballesteros (Joe) of Henrietta; her niece Amanda Huffstickler (Chad); her nephews, Brent Lowery (Tiffany), Trey Ballesteros and Cory Ballesteros; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Linley Huffstickler, Brealyn Ballesteros, Mason Huffstickler, Hunter Lowery, Ty Lowery and Mavorick Ballesteros.
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Harrelson Funeral Home & Cremation Services (1251 US Hwy 221a, Forest City, NC 28043). A funeral service was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Harrelson Funeral Chapel (1251 US-221, Rutherfordton, NC 28139). A burial was held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Caroleen Avondale Cemetery.
