He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Bright and Edith Condrey Bright; his brothers, Jimmy and Floyd Bright; his daughter-in-law Vickie Bright; and his grandchildren, Cameron Causby-Bristol, Logan Shahan and Jenna Bright.
He is survived by: his wife Beatrice Bright; his children, Kevin Bright of Sandy Mush, Ava Bright of Henrietta and Johnny Bright, Jr. (Penny) of Forest City; and his sisters, Faye Frady of Marion, Betty Parker of Shingle Hollow, Judy Proctor of Marion and Janice Hardin of Shingle Hollow. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, twenty-four great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
