He is survived by: his wife Judith Bailey Petty; his sister Glenda Carole Estep of Bluefield Virginia; and his nieces, Bonnie Bennington Zimmer (Joe) of Melbourne Florida, Lisa Anne Jones (Mark) of Tallahassee Florida and Susan Lynn Mauro of Melbourne Florida.
