He was predeceased by: his parent Irvin Richard McClellan; and his brother Daniel McClellan. He is survived by: his parent Helen Betty McEwen McClellan; his wife Sandy McClellan; his children, Robert Scott McClellan of Henrico, Brian R. McClellan of Virginia Beach and Ginny Gregoire (Jeff) of Virginia Beach; his siblings, Stephen McClellan of Carmel California and Martha McClellan of Durango, Colorado; his grandchildren, Mayson, Christia, Brandon McClellan, Alexandra, Justin and Nicholas Gregoire; and his great grandchild Charles.
