Christine Brockwell Moon Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Brockwell Moon (Henrico, North Carolina), who passed away on August 9, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband George Taylor Moon; her son Jeffrey T. Moon; and her parents, Doris Brockwell and James Brockwell. She is survived by: her daughters, Vicki Farmer (Dennis) and Sandra Wakefield (Kenny); and her daughter-in-law Georgene Moon. She is also survived by six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; loving nieces and nephews; as well as many devoted friends.
Christine then taught at Central Gardens Elementary School and later John Rolfe Middle School where she retired after serving as Social Studies Coordinator.Due to the pandemic, a graveside service for immediate family only will be held when she is laid to rest at St. Matthews United Methodist Church Memorial Gardens.Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
