He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dudley Vandiver Frye and Maude Christine Pressley Frye; his wife Linda Frye; his daughter Wendy Frye; his grandsons, Sam of Hendersonville, N. C and Luke Edney of Hendersonville, N. C; his brother Gary Frye of Sylva, N. C; his nephew Philip Frye (Courtney); and his great-nephews, Davis of Raleigh, N. C and Anderson Frye of Raleigh, N. C.
