He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph Taylor Folwell and Sarah Ewing Hopkins; his wife Christine E. Folwell; his sister Eleanor Trafton; and his children, Ann Folwell Stanford (Marisa Alicea), Mark Thomas Folwell (Kathy) and Susan Elizabeth Folwell. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
