He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Wayne M. Cox and Louise Cox; and his son Wayne Michael Cox. He is survived by: his children, Christine Jefferis (Joe) of Oakwood, OH, Dr. Erin Gray (Dave) of Charlotte, NC and Colin Cox (Karen) of Asheville, NC; his sisters, Cathy Miller (Pete) of Gainesville, GA and Vicky Ross of Springfield, OH; and his close friend Mary Cox. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
