He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Patton and Helen Patton; and his former wife Shirley Patton. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Huntley Patton; his sons, Warren Patton, Jr. (Tammy) of Bristol, Tim Patton of Etowah and Jeff Patton (Mary) of Jinan, China; his stepchildren, Connie Lewis and Donnie Lewis of Hendersonville; his grandchildren, Ryan Patton, Melinda Patton, Jessica Patton, Wes Patton, Emily Fraccia, John Patton, Katrina and Catrina Pressley; his stepgrandchildren, Kyle, Kayla, Koty Henderson, Michelle Huntley (Brooks) and Nicole Lewis; his great grandchildren, Parker Patton, Sabrina Freeman, Madisyn Brown, Andrew Patton and James Patton; and also Gayle Grandy of Mooresville.
