He was predeceased by: his parent Sollie J. Tapley. He is survived by: his parent LaRose Elkins Tapley; his wife Juana Rojas-Tapley; his stepsons, Marcelo Retamal (Margarita) and Mauricio Retamal (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Matias Retamal, Sebastian Retamal, Nelson Retamal, Catalina Retamal, Juan-Pablo Retamal, Felipe Retamal and Rose Price; his siblings, James Tapley (Cathy) and Thereas Tapley; his uncle Jeff Tapley (Vivian Tapley); and his cousin Vanessa Sigwald.
