It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thelma Ann Ruth Qualls of Hendersonville, North Carolina, who passed away on January 17, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Ruth and Genora Butler Ruth; her husband Charles Qualls (Bill); her sons, Charles, Ricky and Doug Qualls; her granddaughters, Summer Crowe and Tiffany Qualls; her sisters, Betty Jean Ruth and Velma Sue Fowler; and her niece Patricia Allan.
She is survived by: her children, Debby Keeter (Steven) and Mike Qualls (Brenda); and her niece Betty Hinton. She is also survived by four grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
