She was predeceased by: her father Oliver Max Orr; and her husband James "Jimmy" Carter. She is survived by: her mother Louise Guice Orr; her siblings, Verna Orr, Myra Orr (Craig) and Tyson Orr; and her nephews, Terry and Clayton.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Carter Residence.
