She is survived by: her significant other Tommy Guice; her daughters, Vickie Levi (Troy) and Cindy Blythe (Aaron); her stepson Grant Tabor; her grandchildren, Natasha Perkins (Jason), Michael Levi (Samantha), Raney Siniard, Nicholas Siniard (Hannah), Megan Stepp (Ryan) and Clara Blythe; her stepgrandsons, Jonathan and Hunter Tabor; her great grandchildren, TJ, Brooklyn, Harmony Perkins, Riley Levi, Ja'ki, Jeremiah Siniard, Blythe Siniard, Isabella and Lawson Stepp; and her siblings, Willamina LaBounty, Mary Sherman (JD), Sharon Cagle, Gary Cantrell, Troy Cantrell (Katie) and Joseph Cagle (Luby). She is also survived by numerous aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
