He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Woock and Lois Woock. He is survived by: his children, Jeremy (Lauren), Lindsey (Niki) and Alicia; his wife Teresa Walters; and his grandchildren, James, Margaret and Maxine.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that a donation be made to Duke Health in support of Dr. Peter Fecci's work in the Duke Center for Brain and Spine Metastasis.
