She was predeceased by: her husband William Leo Lilly; and her parents, John Leroy and Mary Leocadia Counsman (Miller). She is survived by: her children, William Leo Lilly, Jr. (Melissa) of Rocky Point, NC, Denise Marie Lilly of Asheville, Joseph G. Lilly of Croatia, Susan Marie Jarrell (Billy) of Waxhaw, NC and Michael J. Lilly of Bend, OR; and her grandchildren, Damon Ryan (Megan), Austin, Bradin Lilly, Kaylee and Collin Jarrell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
