She was predeceased by: her parents, Leland George and Ada McCrary George; and her husband Jerry Shelko. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Souther (Joel), Jason Quinn (Nora) and Michelle Quinn; her grandchildren, Christopher Quinn, Mitchell Souther, Bailey Quinn, Cayden Quinn, McKenzie Souther and Jase Quinn; and her sister Martha Pace.
A graveside service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 994 Hendersonville Hwy, Pisgah Forest, NC 28768.
