He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Earl Phillips and Ida Mea Rogers Phillips (Kathy Lynn Phillips); and his siblings, Joseph D. Phillips, Lawrence Earl Phillips Jr. and Freida Elizabeth McCoy.
He is survived by: his brother Roger Derrel Phillips; his son Aaron Dwain Phillips; and also Chill.
