He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mack Johnston Jr. and Mary Lucille Mayhew Johnston. He is survived by: his siblings, Toi J. Warren (Larry) and Tedd Alan Johnston (Karen). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
