He is survived by: his wife Gina Higgins; his daughter Lily Marie Higgins; his sister Leigh Ann Higgins; his aunts, Patricia Stiffler Thomas and Margaret Stiffler Falls; his uncle Gary Stiffler (Lee Anne); and also Peyton Cooper. He is also survived by his sister and brother-in-law; and several beloved cousins, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
