She is survived by: her son Jermany; her daughter-in-law Susan; and her grandchildren, Mad and Cameron. She is also survived by her father and two brothers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children Hospital in Pat's name would be deeply appreciated.
