Lively; and her grandchildren, Dotty Parker (Jeremy), John Wesley Lively (Jessica), Jennifer Revis (Brian), Jessi Lively, Katelyn Brown, Brian Winters and Amy Pogorzelski. She is also survived by eleven great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
