She was predeceased by: her husband Hector Torres. She is survived by: her son Andrew Torres; her grandchildren, Andrew "Drew" Torres of Austin and Renee Torres-Case (Jacob Case) of Mill Spring; her siblings, Gil, Edith and Tata; and her stepson Tico.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations in Minnie's name to the ZOE Missionary Ministry of First United Methodist Church of Hendersonville.
