He is survived by: his wife Luz Cala-Holstein; his stepdaughter Maria Karwin (Christopher); his daughters, Nicole Bieber (Jeff) and Mary Farrell (Fran); his grandchildren, Jim Farrell (Cali), Grace-Ann Farrell-Roche (Tim) and Justin Bieber (Gil); and his great grandchild Avery Farrell.
