She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Mitchell Baxter and W. A. Baxter (Bill); and her sister Joanna Baxter Pack. She is survived by: her husband Charles E Jackson of Hendersonville; her daughter Rebecca Kate McCall (Ernest) of Flat Rock; her grandchildren, Bud McCall (Amy), Erik McCall (Cortney) and Katie Marie Lamb; and her great grandchildren, Aly Lamb, Brock McCall, Ryce McCall, Kyndall McCall, Natalie Lamb, Zella McCall and Callen McCall. She is also survived by loving mother and devoted her life to her family which grew into three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Jackson Funeral Services (1101 Greenville Hwy, Hendersonville, NC 28792).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Four Seasons Hospice.
