She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Lee Holtzclaw and Allie Caroline Holtzclaw; and her brothers, Howard "Bud" Holtzclaw and Warren Dale Holtzclaw. She is survived by: her husband Earl "Buddy" Jackson Conner; her daughters, Lisa Conner of Hendersonville and Lee Ann (Tony Corn) of Mills River; her grandchildren, Caroline and Lukas Corn; and her sister Judy English of Hendersonville. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
