He was predeceased by: his wife Ruby Lee Beddingfield (Turner). He is survived by: his sons, Joseph Glenn Beddingfield (Charlotte), David Ricky Beddingfield (Regina) and Howard Vincent Beddingfield (Randi); and his siblings, Burgin Beddingfield, William Beddingfield and Sue Pace. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
