She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Alton and Annie Beasley Dupree; her siblings, Ellen D. Fleming, Joseph Edward "Jack" Dupree, Kenneth Lawrence Dupree and James Curtis Dupree; and her pet Callie.

She is survived by: her brother Dewey Banks "D. B." Dupree of Princeton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
