We are sad to announce that on January 7, 2022, at the age of 89, Joseph Donald Laughter (Hendersonville, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jacob "Clanny" and Linda Laughter; his wife Vera Laughter; his granddaughter Sarah Willingham Jones; his daughters, Kathy Willingham (Billy), Tammy Artosky (Dave) and Patricia Frazelle (Edward); his siblings, June Barnwell and Jerry Laughter; his brother-in-law Dinky Pack; his grandchildren, Mandi Willingham, Jake Willingham (Ashley), Kelly Smith (Travis), Andrew Frazelle (Gabriella) and Kylie Artosky; and his caregivers, Kim Reed, David Willingham and Mandi. He was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family would like to honor Joe by having donations sent to the Henderson County Education Foundation to assist the students in our community whom he loved.
