She was predeceased by: her parents, Verland Wyatt and Lillie Suttles Wyatt; and her sister Lorraine Mixon. She is survived by: her husband Earl Jones; her sons, Anthony Jones (April) and Travis Jones; her grandchildren, Elias and Hazel Jones; and her sisters, Geraldine Smith (Charles), Marie Gentry (Paul), Cleo Rudisill (Frank), Faye Rhodes (Larry), Rhonda Delozier (Jim) and Mary Morgan (Randy).

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly suggests memorial contributions may be made to Four Seasons Hospice Care of Flat Rock, North Carolina; the Jones family would like to express their warmest gratitude to Four Seasons Hospice Care of their outstanding dedication.
