She was predeceased by: her parents, Fannie Benfield Bingham and Howard Bingham; her husband Maurice "Buddy" Almany; her brother Wiley Bingham; her sister-in-law Judy Bingham; and her sister Lara Ann Ray.
She is survived by: her sons, Garney (Tina) and Dwayne (Maria); her grandchildren, Lauren Almany (Justin), Garrett Almany (Kayla), Miranda Keith (Kyle), Malorie Corhn (Daniel) and Jesse Woodruff (Meghan); her great grandchildren, Brooklynn Marie Almany, Mason Gentry Almany, Emma Mae Corhn, Trenton Ried Corhn and Nico James Woodruff; her sister Fredrice Owen (Doug); and her sister-in-law Linda Bingham. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and at 2:30 PM at the Forest Lawn Funeral Home (538 Tracy Grove Rd, Hendersonville, NC 28792). A funeral service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 5th 2024 from 3:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (538 Tracy Grove Rd, Hendersonville, NC 28792).
