She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Nix and Carlyne Clayton; her husband Charles Elder; her daughter Heather Elder Edney; her sister Ann Jones; and her great grandchild Rosie Dianne Elder.
She is survived by: her sons, Chris Elder and Andrew Elder (Heather); her grandchildren, McKenzie Edney, CJ Elder, Madeline Edney, Ashton Griffin and Finley Elder; her great grandchildren, Judah Edwards and Rosahleigh Edwards; and her nieces, Gina Breedlove and Donna Breedlove Travis.
