He was predeceased by: his parents, Arvey Seay and Mary Williams Seay; and his siblings, Lewis, John, Howard, Norman, Roger, Margie Stiwinter, Doris Evitt, Ella Mae Ledford and Mary Burdell.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Robinson Seay; his daughters, Ashley Toler and Emily Inman (Chad); his grandchildren, Noah Toler, Eli Toler, Griffin Inman and Lucy Inman; his sister Frances Teague; his nephew Roger Lee Seay, Jr.; and his friend Cecil Ingle. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and countless friends.
