She is survived by: her husband Dick Carter; her children, Tim Webb (Regina) of Leicester, NC and Susan Webb of Holden Beach, NC; her daughter-in-law Sheri Webb of Leicester, NC; her stepdaughters, Angie Roberts of Fletcher and Annette Capps of Hendersonville; and also, Lewis and Linda. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
