He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Dowdy and Lillian Ball Dowdy. He is survived by: his children, Dana Dowdy (Matt Weston) and Daniel Raymond Dowdy (Krista White); his grandchildren, Riley Weston and Gracie Dowdy; his siblings, Roger Dowdy (Vickie), Michael Taylor (Debbie), Vickie Baker and Rita Abers (Tommy); his niece Lisa Marie Tuck; and the mother of his children Donna Bissonnette (Paula Odum). He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
